You'll be asked for your availability and any specific questions. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your session time via email.
Is this legal advice?
No — this is advocacy and educational guidance, not legal representation. Our advocates know IDEA law deeply but are not attorneys. For legal representation, we can refer you to a special education attorney.
Can I bring documents to the session?
Yes, and we encourage it. Share your IEP, evaluation reports, and any correspondence with the school ahead of time so we can review before your session.
Is this service available outside Massachusetts?
Our primary focus is Massachusetts families, where our advocates have direct expertise in MA special education law and local district practices. Remote sessions are available for MA residents. For families outside Massachusetts, our IEP Explainer tool provides general IDEA-based guidance.
What is your refund policy?
All consultation session fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll work with you to find a new time. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee. See our full Refund Policy for details.
