We have a strict no-refund policy for all products and services sold through SupportMyIEP. Here's why:
We encourage you to use the free IEP analysis preview before purchasing to ensure the service meets your needs.
Our IEP analysis engine generates a custom report based on the specific text you provide. Because this content is uniquely created for you and cannot be repurposed for another customer, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.
Before purchasing, you can run a free preview analysis to evaluate the quality and format of our reports.
When you book a consultation session, we reserve dedicated time with an advocate specifically for your appointment. This time cannot be made available to other clients once your session is confirmed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, contact us at support@polsia.com with your booking details. Include your email address, session type, and preferred new time. We respond within 24 hours.
If you have a billing dispute, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make every effort to resolve the issue fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to the appropriate payment processor.
