By using SupportMyIEP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of supportmyiep.com and any associated services.
SupportMyIEP provides:
For legal advice or legal representation in due process hearings, mediation, or litigation, please consult a licensed special education attorney. Our AI analysis is based on general IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) principles and should not be treated as a legal opinion.
If you are involved in a due process hearing, seek an attorney. We can help you understand your rights — but we are not a law firm.
Our consultation services are primarily focused on Massachusetts families. While our AI tools provide general IDEA-based guidance applicable across all states, our human advocates have specific expertise in Massachusetts special education law and local district practices.
Massachusetts residents may access both remote consultation sessions and in-person support where available.
IEP analysis is available as a one-time purchase. Consultation sessions are prepaid via Stripe. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Consultation fees are non-refundable per our Refund Policy.
For subscription-based access, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time.
AI-generated IEP analyses are provided as-is based on the text you submit. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any analysis. The analysis represents a professional educational opinion, not a legal finding.
You are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and making decisions based on your IEP. Do not rely on our analysis as the sole basis for any legal action.
By using SupportMyIEP, you confirm that:
